Zesty Lemon Pudding

Lemon : if you like lemon you want lots of it and this pudding has that! Each fluffy sponge is infused with a zesty syrup made with whole lemons resulting in a pudding that's light, zingy and fresh. Really fabulous with authentic Greek yogurt. So good!
